The Ametllats are undoubtedly one of the best known pastas in Catalonia.

Made with a recipe from my family for generations and made with a mold designed especially by my ancestors.

The Ametllats are based on the best almond in the world, that of Marcona that is grown in my town, Vinebre.

We market them in bags of 125grs and in boxes of 240grs and 490grs.
