The Amargós d’ametlla are undoubtedly some of the best pasta in Catalonia.

Elaborated with a family recipe for many generations and made in a mold specially designed by my ancestors.

The amargos are based on the best almond in the world, that of Marcona, which is grown in my town, Vinebre.

We market them in a 125gr bag and in boxes of 240grs and 635grs.
