Our History


Nogués I Domènech was born with the idea of sharing the biscuits that my mother and I
made since I was a little girl. Following old family recipes with traditional methods,
with ingredients that we had at home, used in the right measures.

The recipes and process we use are fully artisanal: every biscuit is made by hand, each “Pastisset” is folded manually.
By using local ingredients from our region, we bring back the flavors of the original,
traditional biscuits.

The only innovation we bring is the size of the biscuits. We produce small biscuits, sweet little bites.
In addition, our products are manufactured by women of our community, another way in which we assert our origins and traditions,
and contribute to the sustainability of our area.
